What are your values?

“Values are like fingerprints. Nobody’s are the same, but you leave ’em all over everything you do”
-Elvis Presley

What are values? What are your values?

The Emerging Leadership Network explored those questions during a meeting, where members shared and discussed what their values are and how those same values can be applied not only in their everyday life but in the essence of leadership.

The above quote compares values to fingerprints. During our meeting, one member expressed that values could not exist in a list, values could only exist as a web, because values are interconnected.

Sharing is caring. And people shared, having great and detailed conversations concerning values like abundance and fulfillment, humor and jokes, as well as adventure and growth. Having those conversions led to a deeper and more fulfilling connection and helped form a sense of belonging within our members.

As one member said at the end of the session: “Even as a newcomer in the network, I feel more connected with all of you after that first session.”.

Join an international network of people willing to share and learn what makes the difference in getting leadership to emerge in any organization.
